Best train ticket booking agent for Lucknow

Charbagh is two stations, not one — Lucknow and Lucknow Junction sit side by side on different railway zones — and Gomti Nagar now starts trains of its own. Lucknow also has plenty of Delhi trains that start right here, so the surest tickets usually come from those rather than a Rajdhani passing through from Assam. We book for Lucknow travellers on WhatsApp and call.

Lucknow's stations, and which trains start where

Your ticket names a station, not the city — and in Lucknow two of them share one forecourt.

Lucknow Charbagh (LKO)

Northern Railway. The Lucknow Mail, the AC Superfast to New Delhi and the Gomti Express start here, along with trains to Chandigarh and Mumbai LTT. The Rajdhanis from Dibrugarh and several Vande Bharats only pass through.

Lucknow Junction (LJN)

North Eastern Railway, in the same Charbagh complex but a separate building — the most common mix-up in Lucknow. The Swarna Shatabdi, the Tejas, the Double Decker and the Vande Bharat to Dehradun start here.

Gomti Nagar (GTNR)

The redeveloped terminal in east Lucknow, convenient for Gomti Nagar and Indira Nagar. The Pushpak Express to Mumbai and the Vande Bharats to Patna and Saharanpur start here.

Aishbagh (ASH) & Badshahnagar (BNZ)

Halts for through trains to and from Bihar — the Bihar Sampark Kranti, Vaishali and Kaifiyat among them. A train that stops here may skip Charbagh altogether, so check your ticket.

How it works

Confirmation Quota: how we get you confirmed

On busy routes, demand for seats can run many times ahead of supply. Our Confirmation Quota analysis is how we close that gap — not a refresh button, a real service worked by real agents.

1

Share your journey

Send your route, class and preferred train — plus a few alternative dates (ideally one day before travel). The more options, the better.

2

We run Confirmation Quota

Our in-house analysis finds the train, date and quota combination with the highest chance of a confirmed berth — and we send you the best options.

3

You approve & pay

You pick an option and pay only then. We book it — running Tatkal on the day and our alternative confirmation route as backup.

4

We confirm & alert you

We track your booking and update you on WhatsApp. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — or you get a 100% refund.

Confirmed berth — or 100% refund

You pay only after you approve our plan. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — and if we can't deliver one, you get your money back in full, no questions asked. The proof is in our 670+ real Google reviews — travellers describing waitlists that turned into confirmed berths.

Booking for a group from Lucknow?

Pilgrim groups to Ayodhya, Varanasi, Prayagraj and Katra, weddings, and families travelling together to Delhi and Mumbai. We book groups in every class, from First AC to Sleeper. Every booking holds up to six passengers — four on Tatkal — so a group is several bookings made together, with families kept side by side wherever the train allows. Every PNR reaches you on WhatsApp with a list of who is in which coach and berth, and businesses get a GST invoice. Only confirmed berths count, passenger by passenger: anyone left without one gets a 100% refund.

Lucknow questions

Asked by travellers from Lucknow

Do you have an office in Lucknow?+

No — our office is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Lucknow travellers book with us on WhatsApp and phone, and the e-ticket reaches you on WhatsApp. Nothing needs a visit.

Lucknow or Lucknow Junction — what's the difference?+

They are two separate stations in the Charbagh complex, run by different railway zones. The Lucknow Mail and the AC Superfast to Delhi leave from Lucknow (LKO); the Swarna Shatabdi, the Tejas and the Dehradun Vande Bharat leave from Lucknow Junction (LJN). Your ticket names one of them — check it before you set off.

Is there a Rajdhani from Lucknow?+

No Rajdhani starts in Lucknow. The Dibrugarh Rajdhanis stop here on the way to Delhi, but they start in Assam, so Lucknow draws on a small share of seats. The Delhi trains that start in Lucknow — the AC Superfast and the Lucknow Mail overnight, the Shatabdi and the Tejas by day — usually give a better chance.

Why won't my Lucknow to Kolkata or Katra waiting list move?+

Because no regular train to Kolkata or to Jammu and Katra starts in Lucknow — they all pass through, so a Lucknow booking draws on a small quota. We look across every train on the route and tell you plainly which one has a real chance.
