Get your crew to site on the day you planned

When workers are stuck on a waiting list, the expensive part isn't the ticket — it's a site that doesn't start on time. Send the crew list, route and start date on WhatsApp. We plan the move across trains, classes and dates, book every worker in their own name, and only a confirmed berth counts.

The problem

What a waitlisted crew really costs

Idle days on site

A crew that arrives two days late means wages without work, and a handover date that slips.

RAC isn't good enough

Two workers sharing one berth on an overnight journey arrive tired. We don't count RAC as done — only a confirmed berth.

Big groups break into many tickets

One ticket holds up to 6 passengers, or 4 in Tatkal, so a crew of 40 is several bookings that all need to confirm. We plan them as one move.

Everyone returns at once after festivals

After Holi, Diwali and Chhath the whole country heads back to work together. The return journey is the one to book early.

Only a confirmed berth counts. RAC doesn't.

App guarantees treat RAC as a success: you share a berth overnight and they pay nothing. We don't. If we can't deliver a confirmed (CNF) berth, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked — usually the same day, and always within 48 hours of asking — or the alternative that suits you better.

Why it pays

Where the savings come from

Low cost per worker

Reserved Sleeper and 3AC berths, planned early rather than bought in a last-minute rush.

No idle wages

Workers reach site on the planned day, so the job starts when you told the client it would.

No emergency scramble

Booking ahead avoids paying for emergency buses or cars when a waitlist fails the night before.

One contact for the whole move

One WhatsApp thread, tickets for every worker, and a GST invoice for your accounts.

How a crew booking works

01

Send the crew list

Names, ages and genders as on their ID, the boarding station, the site city and the date they must arrive.

02

We plan the move

Trains, classes and dates across the route, split into tickets that confirm together — with an honest read on what's realistic.

03

You approve and pay

The full amount is confirmed before anything is booked, and invoiced to your company.

04

Tickets on WhatsApp

Every ticket goes to you and to the group leader, with a reminder that each worker carries photo ID.

05

We work it to the chart

Waitlisted tickets are tracked until the chart is prepared, and you hear early if a plan B is needed.

06

Confirmed, or 100% refund

Only a confirmed berth counts. Any worker we can't confirm is refunded in full, no questions asked — or you choose the alternative that suits the site.

Before you book

Railway rules worth knowing for crew bookings

These come from Indian Railways, not from us, and they shape how a crew booking should be planned.

  • One ticket holds up to 6 passengers — 4 in Tatkal
  • A confirmed ticket can't be passed to a different worker, so send names once the crew is final
  • A passenger still waitlisted at chart can't travel in a reserved coach
  • Every worker should carry an original government photo ID on the journey

What our customers say

I travel Delhi–Mumbai almost every week. When Tatkal sells out in seconds, these are the people I message. They have confirmed seats for me more times than I can count, on Rajdhani and Vande Bharat both.
Arjun Mehta · Frequent business traveller
We had 11 people travelling for a wedding and were stuck on a long waitlist. I sent one WhatsApp message with everyone's details and they coordinated the whole thing. Almost all confirmed.
Kavita Sharma · Booked for a family wedding
FAQ

Questions contractors ask

Can you book train tickets for a large group of workers?+

Yes. A big crew is split into tickets of up to six passengers (four in Tatkal), planned together so the group travels on the same train wherever possible. For large moves, tell us as early as you can.

Is it legal for a contractor to book train tickets for workers?+

Yes, when each ticket is booked in the worker's own name, for their own journey, through an authorised agent. Buying tickets to resell is what the rules prohibit. We're licensed by Indian Railways as a Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra and are an authorised IRCTC agent.

Can I change a worker's name after booking?+

No. Railway rules don't let a confirmed ticket pass to a different worker, so send names once the crew is final. If someone drops out, that ticket is cancelled under the railway's refund rules.

What if only some workers get confirmed berths?+

Only a confirmed berth counts, passenger by passenger. Any worker we can't confirm gets a 100% refund, no questions asked — or you choose the alternative that suits your site better.

Do you give a GST invoice?+

Yes. Business bookings are invoiced with GST, so the travel can be charged to the project.

Which routes do you book?+

Any route in India. Crews commonly move between Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand and sites in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Gujarat, Punjab and the south — and we book the whole network on WhatsApp and phone.

Do we need to visit your office?+

No. Send the crew list on WhatsApp or call us; tickets and the invoice come back the same way.
