The rail desk for Noida employers

Noida's offices and factories run on people from eastern UP, Bihar and Bengal — and Noida has no mainline station of its own. Most of their trains home leave from Anand Vihar or call at Ghaziabad, not New Delhi. We run that rail volume for the companies here: booked from the right station, invoiced monthly, reconciled.

Boarding points

Anand Vihar and Ghaziabad, not New Delhi

Noida has no mainline station, and the obvious choice — New Delhi — is often the wrong one for the trains Noida staff actually take.

Anand Vihar Terminal (ANVT)

The terminal for a large share of trains to Bihar, eastern UP and Bengal, and the closest major terminal to most of Noida. A short road run from the border sectors; by metro, change at Yamuna Bank for the Blue Line's Vaishali branch.

Ghaziabad Junction (GZB)

On the main line east. Many long-distance trains to Lucknow, Patna and Kolkata stop here, and from Sector 62 or Indirapuram it's often closer than anywhere in Delhi.

New Delhi (NDLS)

For Rajdhanis, Shatabdis and trains west and north. Blue Line to Rajiv Chowk, then one stop on the Yellow Line.

Hazrat Nizamuddin (NZM)

A short run over the DND for trains to Mumbai, Goa and the south.

For employers here

Your staff are searching from the wrong station

Ask anyone in Noida to book a train to Patna and they'll search from New Delhi. The trains that actually confirm often leave from Anand Vihar or call at Ghaziabad — closer to your offices and plants, and sometimes with berths when New Delhi shows a waiting list.

That's the first thing we fix for Noida employers: every staff booking checked across all the stations it could board from, before anything is paid for.

Festival berths go the day the 60-day window opens. For Chhath travel, that's usually in September.

Noida & Greater Noida

The employers we book for here

IT & ITES campuses

Sector 62 and the tech parks along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. Large, young teams with concentrated travel home at Chhath, Diwali and Holi.

Electronics & mobile manufacturing

Plants around Sector 63, Phase 2 and Greater Noida with shift workforces in the thousands — and a festival crunch that hits attendance directly.

Media & broadcasting

Newsrooms and production houses at Film City. Reporting trips at no notice, and crews travelling with equipment.

Garment & export units

The hosiery and apparel units of Phase 2, where order peaks push leave into short windows — a Tatkal problem.

Universities & colleges

Educational tours and student travel from the campuses along the Expressway and in Greater Noida's Knowledge Park.

Corridors

Where Noida staff actually travel

  • Anand Vihar – Patna, Darbhanga & the Bihar routes (the Chhath peak)
  • Delhi NCR – Lucknow, Gorakhpur & Varanasi
  • Delhi NCR – Kolkata & Howrah
  • Delhi NCR – Prayagraj & Kanpur
  • Delhi NCR – Dehradun & Haridwar for offsites
  • Delhi NCR – Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Pune for client travel
Authorisation

Not every 'authorised agent' is the same

IRCTC registration is widely held and easy to obtain. A licence from Indian Railways is neither.

Common

IRCTC Authorised Agent

Registration with IRCTC for e-ticketing. Low barrier to obtain and widely held across the trade — which is why, on its own, it tells you nothing about a vendor's depth.

Scarce

YTSK (PPP) — licensed by Indian Railways

Not a registration with a subsidiary. A licence awarded by Indian Railways under the Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra public–private partnership, on terms carrying a substantial fee and deposit. Few ticketing operators hold one.

Group quota

Handled to Railway rules, with berths kept together as far as the system allows.

The admin an air-first desk would rather not carry. We carry it.

Peak-season overflow

Festival surge cover for when your own desk is at its limit.

Reconciliation

A monthly statement matching your records line by line, in your format.

Escalation cover

A named person for the call that arrives at 11pm about a stranded delegate.

What our clients say

“I travel Delhi–Mumbai almost every week. When Tatkal sells out in seconds, these are the people I message. They have confirmed seats for me more times than I can count, on Rajdhani and Vande Bharat both.”
Arjun Mehta · Frequent business traveller
“We had 11 people travelling for a wedding and were stuck on a long waitlist. I sent one WhatsApp message with everyone's details and they coordinated the whole thing. Almost all confirmed.”
Kavita Sharma · Booked for a family wedding

Tell us your volume and we'll come back with service charge bands, credit terms and an SLA — not a generic brochure.

The more you can tell us here, the more specific the proposal. Fields marked * are required; the rest help us quote accurately rather than generically.

Groups & events

Group booking request

One journey, many passengers — offsites, conferences, weddings, educational and religious travel.

For groups of roughly 10 passengers and above. Tell us the journey and we'll come back with what can actually be confirmed together.

The journey

Passenger names and ID details are never needed at this stage — only once you approve a plan.

Questions

Asked by Noida & Greater Noida teams

Do you have an office in Noida?+

No. Our licensed desk is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and everything runs over WhatsApp, phone and email. Rail booking doesn't need a local office — Indian Railways is one national reservation system. What matters is the licence, the specialisation and whether someone answers at 11pm.

Which station should Noida staff board from?+

It depends on the train. Anand Vihar for many Bihar and eastern trains, Ghaziabad for a lot of the main-line trains east, New Delhi for Rajdhanis and westbound services, Hazrat Nizamuddin for Mumbai and the south. We check them all before booking, because availability differs by boarding station.

Can you handle festival travel for a whole plant?+

Yes. We set up a staff line before the season, collect requests and book as the windows open. Tell us your headcount and their home states, and we'll say honestly how much of the demand can be met.

Do you invoice the company or the employee?+

Either. A monthly GST invoice with reconciliation for company-paid travel, or staff pay us directly and you carry no cost.
