For travellers who want a confirmed ticket, not another app. Our Karol Bagh counter is licensed by Indian Railways as a Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra, and it runs one service: CNF Quota. Get directions →What is a Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra?
A Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra (YTSK) is a railway ticket counter run by a licensed operator under an Indian Railways public–private partnership scheme, created to bring ticket booking closer to passengers than the railway's own station counters.
The licence is awarded by Indian Railways itself — different from, and far harder to obtain than, the IRCTC agent registration most online and neighbourhood agents hold. Rail Yatri Suvidha Kendra holds both, which is why you can hand us a booking that matters.
What our CNF Quota service does for you
Reads your journey before you pay
Route, date, class and how flexible you really are — the details that decide whether a ticket confirms.
Picks the option that confirms
The train, quota, class and boarding point most likely to clear, not just the first train an app shows.
Tells you honestly
If your date has a poor chance, we say so before you pay, while there is still time to change the plan.
Books it for you
A real agent handles the booking, including Tatkal when the plan needs it.
Works it to the chart
Waitlisted and RAC tickets are tracked until the chart is prepared, with updates on WhatsApp.
Confirmed, or 100% refund
If we can't get you a confirmed ticket, you get your money back in full.
Why people hand their booking to us instead of an app
- No app, no IRCTC account — a person does all of it
- A plan built to confirm, not a guess at a waiting list
- Help in Hindi or English, face to face or on the phone
- A confirmed ticket, or a 100% refund
What to bring or send
- Journey date, from and to stations, and the class you want
- How flexible your dates are — even one day helps
- Each passenger's name, age and gender, and a mobile number
- For Tatkal, ID details of one passenger — and carry that ID on the journey
What our customers say
