For interior & fit-out firms

Your fit-out team at the client's site on the day you promised

Interior projects run on handover dates. When your carpenters, painters or electricians sit on a waiting list, the whole schedule slips — and the client notices. Send the team, the site city and the start date on WhatsApp. We book berths built to confirm, keep supervisors and crew on the same train where we can, and only a confirmed berth counts.

The problem

Why travel is the part of a fit-out that slips

Handover dates don't move

The client has a launch, an opening or a move-in date. A team that arrives late eats straight into it.

Small skilled teams, repeat trips

A few people out to a site and back, every few weeks, often to a different city each time.

Supervisors and crew in different classes

Supervisors in 3AC or 2A, carpenters and painters in Sleeper or 3AC — ideally on the same train.

Plans move with the site

When a site isn't ready, dates change. You need someone who rebooks fast and explains the railway's cancellation rules first.

Only a confirmed berth counts. RAC doesn't.

App guarantees treat RAC as a success: you share a berth overnight and they pay nothing. We don't. If we can't deliver a confirmed (CNF) berth, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked — usually the same day, and always within 48 hours of asking — or the alternative that suits you better.

Why it pays

What one rail desk takes off your plate

Teams that arrive together

Planned as one move, so the supervisor isn't on one train and the crew on the next day's.

Outbound and return in one go

Both legs planned when the project is scheduled, not the night before.

Tickets your team can find

E-tickets on WhatsApp to you and the team lead, with ID reminders.

Clean paperwork

A GST invoice for each booking, easy to charge to the project.

On WhatsApp and phone

How a project booking works

01

Share the project

Site city, start date, team size and roles, and the stations your people travel from.

02

We plan both legs

Trains, classes and dates for the outbound and the return, with an honest read on what will confirm.

03

You approve and pay

The full amount is confirmed before anything is booked, and invoiced to your firm.

04

Tickets on WhatsApp

Sent to you and the team lead, with a reminder that everyone carries photo ID.

05

We work it to the chart

Waitlisted tickets are tracked until the chart is prepared, and you hear early if the plan needs to change.

06

Confirmed, or 100% refund

Only a confirmed berth counts. Anyone we can't confirm is refunded in full, no questions asked — or you pick the alternative that suits the project.

Before you book

Railway rules that affect project teams

Set by Indian Railways — worth knowing before names go on a ticket.

  • A confirmed ticket can't be passed to a different team member, so confirm names first
  • One ticket holds up to 6 passengers — 4 in Tatkal
  • A passenger still waitlisted at chart can't travel in a reserved coach
  • Everyone should carry an original government photo ID on the journey

What our customers say

I travel Delhi–Mumbai almost every week. When Tatkal sells out in seconds, these are the people I message. They have confirmed seats for me more times than I can count, on Rajdhani and Vande Bharat both.
Arjun Mehta · Frequent business traveller
We had 11 people travelling for a wedding and were stuck on a long waitlist. I sent one WhatsApp message with everyone's details and they coordinated the whole thing. Almost all confirmed.

FAQ

Questions interior firms ask

Can you book for a small team going to a site in another city?+

Yes. Whether it's two people or a full crew, send the site city, start date and names on WhatsApp and we'll plan the outbound and return together.

Can supervisors and workers travel on the same train in different classes?+

Usually, yes — they're booked as separate tickets on the same train. If one class is much tighter than the other on your date, we'll tell you before you pay.

What if the project date changes?+

Tell us as early as you can. We'll explain the railway's cancellation rules for the tickets you hold, then rebook for the new date.

Can I swap one team member for another?+

No. Railway rules don't allow a confirmed ticket to pass to someone else in the team, so send names once they're final.

What if some of the team don't get confirmed berths?+

Only a confirmed berth counts, person by person. Anyone we can't confirm gets a 100% refund, no questions asked — or you choose the alternative that suits the project better.

Do you give GST invoices?+

Yes. Every business booking is invoiced with GST, so it can be charged to the project.

Do we need to visit your office?+

No. Everything happens on WhatsApp and phone — tickets and invoices come back the same way.
