Best train ticket booking agent for Pune

Pune has no Rajdhani. Its premium train to Delhi is a twice-weekly Duronto, and many of the trains Pune people rely on actually start in Mumbai, Goa or Miraj — which quietly puts a Pune booking on a smaller waiting list. We book for Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad travellers on WhatsApp and call, and choosing the right starting station is half the job.

Pune's stations, and which trains really start here

Every Pune premium train starts at Pune Junction. The newer terminals take overflow express trains, not the premium ones.

Pune Junction (PUNE)

The main terminal and the start of every Pune-origin premium train — the Durontos to Delhi, Howrah and Ahmedabad, the Shatabdi to Hyderabad and the Vande Bharat to Nagpur. Central, and right for most of the city.

Hadapsar (HDP)

A newer terminal in the east that now starts several long-distance expresses to the north and east. No premium train starts here yet, and it is a longer trip across the city than most people allow for.

Shivajinagar (SVJR)

A central halt used mainly by the Mumbai intercity trains, such as the Deccan Queen. Handy for Mumbai, not for long-distance travel.

Khadki (KK) & Chinchwad (CCH)

Halts on the Mumbai line for the north-west and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Some long-distance trains stop here, most don't, so we check before suggesting one.

Trains that start somewhere else

The Goa Express, the Udyan Express to Bengaluru and the LTT–Secunderabad Duronto all start outside Pune. A Pune booking on these falls into a small remote-location quota (RLWL), which moves far less than the general list.

How it works

Confirmation Quota: how we get you confirmed

On busy routes, demand for seats can run many times ahead of supply. Our Confirmation Quota analysis is how we close that gap — not a refresh button, a real service worked by real agents.

1

Share your journey

Send your route, class and preferred train — plus a few alternative dates (ideally one day before travel). The more options, the better.

2

We run Confirmation Quota

Our in-house analysis finds the train, date and quota combination with the highest chance of a confirmed berth — and we send you the best options.

3

You approve & pay

You pick an option and pay only then. We book it — running Tatkal on the day and our alternative confirmation route as backup.

4

We confirm & alert you

We track your booking and update you on WhatsApp. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — or you get a 100% refund.

Confirmed berth — or 100% refund

You pay only after you approve our plan. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — and if we can't deliver one, you get your money back in full, no questions asked. The proof is in our 670+ real Google reviews — travellers describing waitlists that turned into confirmed berths.

Booking for a group from Pune?

Jain sanghs to Abu Road for Dilwara, Bhavnagar for Palitana and Junagadh for Girnar, weddings and IT teams. We book groups in every class, from First AC to Sleeper. Every booking holds up to six passengers — four on Tatkal — so a group is several bookings made together, with families kept side by side wherever the train allows. Every PNR reaches you on WhatsApp with a list of who is in which coach and berth, and businesses get a GST invoice. Only confirmed berths count, passenger by passenger: anyone left without one gets a 100% refund.

Pune questions

Asked by travellers from Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad

Do you have an office in Pune?+

No — our office is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad travellers book with us on WhatsApp and phone, and the e-ticket reaches you on WhatsApp. Nothing needs a visit.

Is there a Rajdhani from Pune?+

No. Pune's premium train to Delhi is the Pune–Hazrat Nizamuddin Duronto, which runs twice a week with First AC. On other days we look at the long-distance expresses that start in Pune — and at the Mumbai Rajdhanis, if boarding in Mumbai suits you.

Why is my waiting list from Pune not moving?+

Often because the train doesn't start in Pune. On trains from Mumbai, Goa or Miraj, Pune gets a small remote-location quota, so even a low RLWL number can sit still. For a train that starts in Mumbai, booking from the starting station with Pune as your boarding point can put you on the general list — you pay the fare from the starting station. Send us the route and we'll tell you whether it's worth it.

Pune Junction or Hadapsar — which station do I leave from?+

Your ticket names the station, so check it. The premium trains — the Durontos, the Shatabdi and the Vande Bharats — start at Pune Junction. Hadapsar now starts several long-distance expresses to the north and east, and it is further across the city than most people expect.
