The rail desk for Okhla, Nehru Place and Jasola

South Delhi's working district: garment exporters and printers in Okhla, IT traders at Nehru Place, corporate offices at Jasola. Hazrat Nizamuddin is the nearest big terminal — ideal for Mumbai, Goa and the south — but the festival trains home to Bihar and UP mostly leave from elsewhere. We book the right one, from our licensed desk in Karol Bagh.

Boarding points

Nizamuddin next door, and the rest across town

Okhla has a small station of its own, but few long-distance trains stop there. These are the ones that matter.

Hazrat Nizamuddin (NZM)

A short drive up Mathura Road, and the terminal for many trains to Mumbai, Goa, Bhopal and the south. By some distance the easiest departure from here.

New Delhi (NDLS)

Violet Line to Central Secretariat, then one change to the Yellow Line. For Rajdhanis east and Shatabdis north.

Anand Vihar (ANVT)

Across the Yamuna, and where many trains to Bihar and eastern UP start. It's the booking most likely to be missed from Okhla, so we build in the travel time.

Okhla (OKA)

On the main line south, but few long-distance trains stop — we rarely book from it, and we'll tell you when one does.

For employers here

When the shipment goes, everyone wants to go home

Exporters can't release workers until an order ships. When it does, the whole unit wants the same trains in the same week — dozens of people, short notice, mostly to Bihar and UP. That's a booking problem more than a leave problem.

We plan staff travel around your shipment dates: tell us when each unit can release people and where they're going, and we book from that date — through Tatkal where it has to be, from the right terminal for each state.

Share your shipment calendar early and we'll map it against the booking windows before the trains fill.

Okhla, Nehru Place & Jasola

The businesses we book for here

Garment exporters (Okhla Phase I & II)

One of the country's biggest apparel export clusters. Workers can't leave until an order ships — and when it does, the whole unit wants the same trains home.

Printing, packaging & light manufacturing

Supervisors and skilled staff moving between plants and suppliers across the north.

IT hardware & trading (Nehru Place)

Traders and service teams travelling to regional markets and client sites — Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh — usually at short notice.

Corporate & healthcare offices (Jasola)

District-centre offices and hospital administration: conferences, training and inter-city visits, often in small groups.

Startups & tech (Okhla Phase III)

Young teams, offsites to Rishikesh and Jaipur, and travel home at the festivals.

Corridors

Where South Delhi teams travel

  • Nizamuddin – Mumbai & Goa on the overnight premium trains
  • Nizamuddin – Agra, Jhansi & Bhopal
  • Delhi – Patna, Muzaffarpur & the Bihar routes (the festival peak)
  • Delhi – Lucknow, Kanpur & Varanasi
  • Nizamuddin – Bengaluru, Chennai & Kerala
  • Delhi – Rishikesh, Dehradun & Jaipur for offsites
Authorisation

Not every 'authorised agent' is the same

IRCTC registration is widely held and easy to obtain. A licence from Indian Railways is neither.

Common

IRCTC Authorised Agent

Registration with IRCTC for e-ticketing. Low barrier to obtain and widely held across the trade — which is why, on its own, it tells you nothing about a vendor's depth.

Scarce

YTSK (PPP) — licensed by Indian Railways

Not a registration with a subsidiary. A licence awarded by Indian Railways under the Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra public–private partnership, on terms carrying a substantial fee and deposit. Few ticketing operators hold one.

What we take off your desk

Confirmed bookings

All classes — SL, 3E, 3A, 2A, 1A, CC, EC — across General and every reserved quota.

Tracked to chart preparation with an honest probability, not false comfort.

Group quota

Handled to Railway rules, with berths kept together as far as the system allows.

Cancellations, TDR & refunds

The admin an air-first desk would rather not carry. We carry it.

Peak-season overflow

Festival surge cover for when your own desk is at its limit.

Reconciliation

A monthly statement matching your records line by line, in your format.

Escalation cover

A named person for the call that arrives at 11pm about a stranded delegate.

What our clients say

“I travel Delhi–Mumbai almost every week. When Tatkal sells out in seconds, these are the people I message. They have confirmed seats for me more times than I can count, on Rajdhani and Vande Bharat both.”
Arjun Mehta · Frequent business traveller
“We had 11 people travelling for a wedding and were stuck on a long waitlist. I sent one WhatsApp message with everyone's details and they coordinated the whole thing. Almost all confirmed.”

Groups & events

Group booking request

One journey, many passengers — offsites, conferences, weddings, educational and religious travel.

For groups of roughly 10 passengers and above. Tell us the journey and we'll come back with what can actually be confirmed together.

The journey

Passenger names and ID details are never needed at this stage — only once you approve a plan.

Questions

Asked by Okhla, Nehru Place & Jasola teams

Do you have an office in Okhla?+

No. Our licensed desk is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and everything runs over WhatsApp, phone and email. Rail booking doesn't need a local office — Indian Railways is one national reservation system. What matters is the licence and whether someone answers when a shipment date moves.

Which station is best from Okhla?+

Hazrat Nizamuddin for Mumbai, Goa, Bhopal and the south — it's the closest. For Bihar and eastern UP, trains often leave from Anand Vihar or New Delhi instead, and those need proper travel time from here. We name the station on every booking.

Can you book for a whole unit after a shipment?+

Yes. Tell us how many people, which states they're going to and the earliest date they can leave. We book what can be confirmed straight away and work the rest through Tatkal and alternative trains.

Do you invoice the company or the worker?+

Either. A monthly GST invoice with reconciliation for company-paid travel, or workers pay us directly and you carry no cost.
