The rail desk for Manesar's plants and suppliers

IMT Manesar and the belt along NH-48 build cars, two-wheelers and components with a workforce drawn from UP, Bihar, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. Getting those people home and back around the festivals without losing a shift is the rail problem here. We handle it from our licensed desk in Delhi.

Boarding points

Garhi Harsaru and Rewari are closer than Delhi

Manesar is a long way from Delhi's terminals in shift-change traffic. For some journeys, the better station is in the other direction.

Garhi Harsaru Junction (GHH)

The nearest junction to Manesar, on the Delhi–Rewari line. Only some trains stop, but when one fits it's far quicker to reach than any Delhi terminal.

Rewari Junction (RE)

A major junction to the south-west, with many more trains to Rajasthan and Gujarat. For staff from Rajasthan it's often the best boarding point of all.

Gurgaon Junction (GGN)

Closer to Delhi on the same line, with more stops than Garhi Harsaru. The easier option for anyone living on the Gurugram side.

Delhi Cantt (DEC)

The nearest Delhi terminal by road. Few of the trains to Bihar and eastern UP use it, though.

New Delhi & Anand Vihar

Where most trains to Bihar and eastern UP leave from. From Manesar that's a long road journey at the wrong time of day, and the biggest cause of missed trains — so we plan it into every booking.

For employers here

Festival leave on a shift roster

A plant can't release everyone for Chhath or Diwali at once. Leave gets staggered by shift — which means the travel has to be staggered too, and every batch needs confirmed berths on a different date.

We book by batch against your leave plan: which shift goes when, to which states, and how many. Contract workers can be included, with booking and payment arranged however suits your HR team and the agency.

Send the leave plan as soon as it's drafted. The reservation window opens 60 days before each travel date, so the first batch is often booked before the last one is even scheduled.

The employers we book for here

Vehicle & two-wheeler plants

Large permanent and contract workforces on shift rosters. Festival leave has to be staggered, so the travel does too.

Auto-component suppliers

Suppliers across IMT Manesar and Bawal whose staffing follows the plants' schedules, plus supervisors visiting customer plants across the north and west.

Warehousing & logistics

The warehouse parks at Bilaspur, Pataudi Road and along NH-48: shift staff, and seasonal hiring ahead of the festive sales.

Staffing & manpower contractors

Agencies bringing new batches of workers in and sending them home at the festivals — often dozens of people on the same route.

Corridors

Where Manesar's workforce travels

  • Delhi – Patna, Gorakhpur & the Bihar and eastern UP routes (the festival peak)
  • Rewari – Jaipur, Ajmer & Jodhpur
  • Delhi – Haridwar, Dehradun & Kathgodam for Uttarakhand
  • Delhi – Lucknow, Kanpur & Prayagraj
  • Delhi NCR – Pune & Chennai for visits to customer plants
  • Delhi – Jammu & Katra
Authorisation

Not every 'authorised agent' is the same

IRCTC registration is widely held and easy to obtain. A licence from Indian Railways is neither.

Common

IRCTC Authorised Agent

Registration with IRCTC for e-ticketing. Low barrier to obtain and widely held across the trade — which is why, on its own, it tells you nothing about a vendor's depth.

Scarce

YTSK (PPP) — licensed by Indian Railways

Not a registration with a subsidiary. A licence awarded by Indian Railways under the Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra public–private partnership, on terms carrying a substantial fee and deposit. Few ticketing operators hold one.

What our clients say

“I travel Delhi–Mumbai almost every week. When Tatkal sells out in seconds, these are the people I message. They have confirmed seats for me more times than I can count, on Rajdhani and Vande Bharat both.”
Arjun Mehta · Frequent business traveller
“We had 11 people travelling for a wedding and were stuck on a long waitlist. I sent one WhatsApp message with everyone's details and they coordinated the whole thing. Almost all confirmed.”

Questions

Asked by Manesar & the NH-48 industrial belt teams

Do you have an office in Manesar?+

No. Our licensed desk is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and everything runs over WhatsApp, phone and email. For rail that makes no difference — the reservation system is national. What matters is that someone answers when a shift change moves a travel date.

Which station should our workers board from?+

For Rajasthan and Gujarat, often Rewari or Gurgaon rather than Delhi. For Bihar and eastern UP, the trains mostly leave from New Delhi, Old Delhi or Anand Vihar — a long road journey from Manesar, which we plan into every booking.

Can you book for contract workers?+

Yes. Many plants here run through staffing agencies, and we book for their workers too. The company, the agency or the worker can pay — whichever you agree.

Do you invoice monthly?+

Yes, for company-paid travel: one GST invoice a month with a reconciliation statement, against credit terms agreed when the account is set up. Where workers pay for their own tickets, they pay us directly and you carry no cost.
