Licensed by Indian Railways · YTSK (PPP)

India's corporate train booking specialist

One desk, one specialism. We book train tickets for corporates, travel management companies, MICE organisers and event teams — nothing else, which is precisely why agencies trust us with the rail leg they would rather not run themselves.

Credentials

What to check before you appoint any rail vendor

Ask these of us and of everyone else you are considering. The answers separate a licensed rail desk from a reseller.

Licensed by Indian Railways

We hold a YTSK licence under the Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra public–private partnership — awarded by Indian Railways itself, on terms carrying a substantial fee and deposit. Very few ticketing operators hold one, and it is what separates a licensed rail centre from a reseller.

Authorised IRCTC agent

E-ticketing across all classes and quotas. Widely held across the trade, which is exactly why it is the second credential on this page rather than the first.

GST registered, invoiced monthly

Monthly GST invoicing against agreed credit terms, with a reconciliation statement that matches your records line by line. Registration details go to your compliance team on request.

Train only — no conflict of interest

We hold no air desk, no holiday packages and no corporate travel arm. For a TMC placing rail volume with us, that matters: there is no route by which we could approach your client. It is the reason agencies choose a specialist over a full-service competitor.

Licence, GST and PAN details go to your procurement or compliance team on request, or under NDA. We do not publish them — a public licence number is routinely copied by sites impersonating authorised agents.

Two of the names above are travel companies in their own right. Agencies place their rail volume with us precisely because we hold no air desk, no packages and no corporate travel arm — there is no route by which we could approach their clients.

Based in Delhi. Booking the whole network.

Indian Railways runs one national reservation system. A booking made from our Karol Bagh desk is identical to one made anywhere else in the country — which is why a corporate rail partner does not need to be in your city, and why asking for a local office is the wrong question. The right questions are whether they are licensed, whether rail is their actual specialism, and whether someone answers at 11pm when a delegate is stranded.

  • Every route on the Indian Railways network, from any originating station
  • Deepest local knowledge across Delhi NCR, where boarding-point choice genuinely changes outcomes
  • Corporate desks served nationally — Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad
  • One point of contact regardless of how many cities your staff travel from
Why agencies pick a specialist

Six things a general travel agent will not do for your rail leg

Quota strategy, not just booking

GNWL, PQWL, RLWL and TQWL behave completely differently. We route bookings toward the lists that actually clear rather than accepting whatever the system offers first.

Both Tatkal windows, staffed

10:00 for AC and 11:00 for Sleeper, every single day. On contested trains that window is measured in seconds, and it is decided by whether someone is at the keyboard.

Waitlists chased to chart preparation

Tracked and pushed to you rather than left for the passenger to watch, with an honest probability instead of false comfort.

TDR, cancellations and refunds

Filed, tracked and reconciled — the administrative work an air-first desk would rather hand back to you.

Peak-season surge capacity

Chhath, Diwali, Holi and the summer rush planned for specifically, because that is when a rail partner is actually tested.

A named escalation contact

Not a queue. One person, reachable when something goes wrong outside office hours.

Tell us your volume, get a real proposal

Service charge bands, credit terms and an SLA — not a brochure. Most partners begin with a trial month on a subset of routes.

The more you can tell us here, the more specific the proposal. Fields marked * are required; the rest help us quote accurately rather than generically.

Your rail volume

Estimates are fine. These set the service charge band and the credit terms we can offer.

Questions

What procurement teams ask before appointing

What makes a good corporate train booking agent?+

Three things, in this order. First, the licence — ask whether they hold a YTSK licence from Indian Railways or only IRCTC agent registration, because the second is easy to obtain and tells you very little. Second, whether rail is their actual specialism or a line item beside flights, since inside an air-first agency rail gets the least experienced consultant. Third, whether they will commit to a written SLA and give you a named escalation contact. Ask all three of any vendor, including us.

Do you work with travel management companies as well as corporates?+

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. For TMCs and agencies we operate as the rail desk behind your brand — your consultant sends the request, we return the PNR in your format, and your client deals only with you. Because we hold no air, hotel or packages business, there is no route by which we could compete with you for that client.

Can you handle bulk and group train bookings?+

Yes — group quota handled to Railway rules, with berths kept together as far as the system allows, and honest advice when a group genuinely cannot be seated together on a given date. For MICE and events we plan the movement across trains and dates rather than forcing everyone onto one service that will not confirm.

What are your payment and invoicing terms?+

Monthly GST invoicing against an agreed credit limit and payment terms set in the contract. Rail fares are funded upfront by us, so the terms and the limit are agreed together before any volume starts. We would rather agree a conservative limit we can genuinely fund than a generous one that fails in festival season.

Do you cover cities outside Delhi NCR?+

The network is national and so is the booking. Our desk is in Delhi, which gives us the deepest knowledge of NCR boarding points — where the choice of station genuinely changes whether a ticket confirms — but we book every route from every originating station in the country. Where your staff travel from makes no difference to the reservation.

How do we start?+

Send us your volume through the form on this page and we will come back with service charge bands, credit terms and an SLA — a real proposal rather than a brochure. Most partners begin with a trial month on a subset of routes before committing to anything.
