Train tickets for Jain pilgrimages — for the whole sangh
A sangh of forty is not one booking — it is at least seven, and every one of them has to confirm. We book train tickets for Jain yatras to Sammed Shikharji, Palitana, Girnar, Pawapuri, Rajgir and the other tirths, for families and whole sanghs, keeping elders together and in the class they need. Train tickets only, on WhatsApp and call.

How we book a sangh
The same care on every booking — whether it is a family of six or a sangh of two hundred.
Many PNRs, booked together
Every booking holds up to six yatris — four on Tatkal — so a sangh is several bookings made together, with families kept side by side wherever the train allows.
Elders in the right berth
First AC and 2A for elders who need comfort and lower berths, 3A and Sleeper where that suits the group. We ask about every yatri's needs before booking.
One list on WhatsApp
Every PNR reaches the organiser on WhatsApp, with a list of who is in which coach and berth — ready to share with the sangh.
Each yatri counts
Only a confirmed berth counts, passenger by passenger. Anyone in the sangh left without one gets a 100% refund, even if the others travel.
Onward and return together
Long yatras link several tirths. We book every leg — out, between tirths and home — so the whole journey is planned before anyone sets off.
Invoices for trusts
When a trust, samaj or company books, we issue a GST invoice.
When sanghs travel — and when to book
Booking opens 60 days before the journey, at 8:00 AM. For the busiest dates, that morning is the one that matters.
Kartik Purnima — Tuesday 24 November 2026
Shatrunjaya at Palitana reopens to pilgrims after the monsoon around Kartik Purnima, and the crowds are among the largest of the year. Trains to Bhavnagar and Palitana fill early.
The winter yatra season
November to February is the main season for long yatras — Sammed Shikharji, Pawapuri and Rajgir in the east, Palitana and Girnar in the west.
Fagun Sud 13 — around 19–20 March 2027
The Chha Gau yatra at Palitana, the other great peak of the Shatrunjaya year. Confirm the tithi with your panchang and book the day booking opens.
Mahavir Jayanti — around 19 April 2027
A peak for Pawapuri, Kundalpur and Shri Mahavirji. Trains towards Bihar and eastern Rajasthan fill early that week.
Before and after Chaturmas
Yatras cluster just before the monsoon months and again once they end — we plan around the tirths' own opening dates.
Only a confirmed berth counts. RAC doesn't.
App guarantees treat RAC as a success: you share a berth overnight and they pay nothing. We don't. If we can't deliver a confirmed (CNF) berth, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked — usually the same day, and always within 48 hours of asking — or the alternative that suits you better.
What our customers say
“Waitlisted ticket got confirmed two days before travel. They actually followed up — rare these days.”
“Helpful agents, explained my PNR honestly instead of overpromising. Will use again.”
Jain pilgrimage trains, answered
Can you book train tickets for a whole Jain sangh?+
Yes. A booking holds up to six passengers (four on Tatkal), so a sangh is several bookings made together. We keep families and elders side by side wherever the train allows, send every PNR to the organiser on WhatsApp with a coach-and-berth list, and count confirmation passenger by passenger.
Do you arrange hotels, dharamshalas or meals?+
No — we book train tickets only, and do that one thing properly. Most sanghs arrange their stay through the tirth's own dharamshalas or the trust; we make sure the trains are confirmed around it.
Can elderly yatris get lower berths?+
Railways sets aside lower berths in each coach for senior citizens, women aged 45 and over and pregnant women, and allots them automatically where available — it works best when elders are on a small booking of their own, which is one reason we plan a sangh's PNRs around its elders. First AC and 2A also have fewer, wider berths. Send every yatri's age and needs with the list.
Which class should a sangh book?+
It depends on the yatris. First AC and 2A suit elders and long overnight runs; 3A suits most families; Sleeper works for younger groups on a budget. Many sanghs mix classes — we book them together on the same train where we can.
How early should we book?+
As early as the dates allow. Booking opens 60 days before the journey at 8:00 AM, and for Kartik Purnima at Palitana or the winter Shikharji season, the best berths go that first morning. Send the dates and the list early and we will be ready when booking opens.
