The problem

Why booking from abroad is harder than it should be

Booking opens on India time

Reservations open at 8:00 AM IST, 60 days before travel. That's 2:30 or 3:30 in the morning in the UK, the evening before in New York, and 6:30 AM in Dubai.

Accounts and payments built around India

Logins, verification and payment pages are designed for Indian phone numbers and Indian banks — exactly where bookings made from abroad often get stuck.

Your parents shouldn't have to fight an app

When the traveller is a parent in Patna or Lucknow and you're thousands of kilometres away, you can't sit beside them and do it together.

Nobody watching the waitlist

A waitlisted ticket needs someone checking it until the chart is prepared, in Indian hours. That's our job, not yours.

Only a confirmed berth counts. RAC doesn't.

App guarantees treat RAC as a success: you share a berth overnight and they pay nothing. We don't. If we can't deliver a confirmed (CNF) berth, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked — usually the same day, and always within 48 hours of asking — or the alternative that suits you better.

On WhatsApp and phone

How it works, from any country

01

WhatsApp the journey

Who is travelling, from where to where, the date and class, and how flexible the dates really are.

02

We find the option that confirms

Every train, quota, class and boarding point on the route, read together — and an honest answer, including when a date won't work.

03

You approve and pay

The full amount is confirmed before anything is booked. We share the payment options on WhatsApp, and a family member in India can pay if that's easier.

04

Tickets on WhatsApp

The e-ticket goes to you and to the traveller, with a note on which ID to carry.

05

We work it to the chart

Waitlisted bookings are tracked until the chart is prepared, with updates on WhatsApp.

06

Confirmed, or 100% refund

Only a confirmed berth counts. If we can't deliver one, you're refunded in full — no questions asked.

Travelling on your passport?

The Foreign Tourist Quota can open berths up to a year ahead

Indian Railways keeps a Foreign Tourist Quota on selected trains for foreign tourists and NRIs holding a valid passport. It can be booked up to 365 days before travel, instead of the usual 60.

  • Only for passengers travelling on their own valid passport — not family travelling on Indian ID
  • The passport number and country are needed at booking
  • Carry the same passport on the journey
  • Not every train or class has it — we check yours

What to send us

  • Journey date, from and to stations, and the class you want
  • How flexible the dates are — even one day helps
  • Each passenger's name, age and gender, as on their ID
  • Whether anyone is travelling on a passport
  • A WhatsApp number for you and one for the traveller

FAQ

Questions NRIs ask us

Can NRIs book Indian train tickets from abroad?+

Yes. You can register on IRCTC as an international user, or skip the account entirely and have a licensed agent book for you. With us, the whole booking happens on WhatsApp and phone, from any country.

Can you book train tickets for my parents in India?+

Yes. Send their names, ages and the journey. The ticket is booked in their names and sent on WhatsApp to you and to them, with a note on which ID to carry.

Do I need an IRCTC account?+

No. We book on your behalf, so you don't need an account of your own.

What is the Foreign Tourist Quota?+

A quota on selected trains for foreign tourists and NRIs travelling on a valid passport, bookable up to 365 days ahead. The passport details are needed at booking and the passport must be carried on the journey. It doesn't cover family members travelling on Indian ID.

What happens if the ticket isn't confirmed?+

Only a confirmed (CNF) berth counts — RAC doesn't. If we can't deliver a confirmed berth, you get a 100% refund with no questions asked, or the alternative that suits you better.

When can I message you?+

Any time. WhatsApp is open 24×7, so send the journey whenever it suits you, wherever you are.

How do I pay from abroad?+

We confirm the full amount before anything is booked and share the payment options on WhatsApp. If it's easier, a family member in India can pay.
