Pune's premium trains all start at Pune Junction, but many other trains only pass through. We check which booking gives the whole group the best chance to confirm.
Pune Junction (PUNE)
The main terminal and the start of every Pune-origin premium train: the Durontos to Delhi, Howrah and Ahmedabad, the Shatabdi to Hyderabad and the Vande Bharat trains.
Hadapsar (HDP)
A newer terminal in the east that starts several long-distance trains to the north and east.
Khadki and Chinchwad
Halts on the Mumbai line for Pimpri-Chinchwad. Some long-distance trains stop here, most don't.

Yes, with one thing to know: the Goa Express starts outside Pune, so a Pune booking falls into a small quota that moves far less than the main list. We tell you the odds before you pay, and suggest dates or another route if they are poor.
Our plant is in Pimpri-Chinchwad. Which station will the team use?+
Pune Junction for most long-distance trains, since every Pune-origin premium train starts there. Khadki or Chinchwad only when the chosen train stops there, and we check that before suggesting it.
Can you book delegates coming to an event at Auto Cluster or Moshi?+
Yes. Send the cities your delegates come from and a count for each. We plan each city's train to arrive the day before the opening and bring everyone home after the last day.
Do you book the Pune Duronto for a big group to Delhi?+
Yes, in every class it has, including First AC. It starts in Pune, so the group books on the main general quota. Tell us the class for each grade and we book it the morning booking opens.
Is the train really cheaper than a group flight?+
Often, and most of all in peak season, when group flight quotes climb. For one November dealer meet in Goa, 250 people from a cement company, the group flight quote ex-Delhi was ₹16,460 a head; we booked the train round trip at ₹7,200 a head, ₹23.15 lakh less for the group. The train also saves what a fare comparison leaves out: an overnight train saves a hotel night, and there are no airport transfers. Fares change with route, date and class, so send us your flight quote and we reply in writing with the train cost for the same group.
Do train fares go up like flight fares?+
Not in the same way. Most train fares are set by class and distance and don't move with demand. A few premium trains, such as Rajdhani, cost somewhat more as seats fill, which is one more reason we book groups the morning booking opens. Premium Tatkal, a last-minute quota on some trains, costs more again, but a group booked 60 days ahead rarely needs it. A group flight quote, by contrast, can climb to several times the usual fare in peak season.
Can you keep 100 people together?+
A coach holds a few dozen berths, so a group of 100 can't fit in one. We make all the bookings at 8:00 AM on opening morning, 60 days ahead, which is the best chance to keep the group together in as few coaches as possible.
How early should we start?+
The day the venue and dates are fixed. Booking opens 60 days before each journey at 8:00 AM, and for a big event the trains from different cities open on different mornings. Starting early means none of those mornings is missed.
How do payment and GST invoicing work?+
We tell you the total per passenger first: the Railways fare plus our service fee. Each booking is paid before it goes in, with a GST invoice for the company. Companies can move to monthly credit once a contract with terms and conditions is signed. Agencies always pay before each booking.
What if someone's berth doesn't confirm?+
Each passenger is covered on their own: Confirmed berth or 100% refund — RAC doesn't count. You know where every name stands well before the event.
