Diwali & Chhath 2026Waitlisted or no berths? What still works
Confirmed berth or 100% refund · RAC doesn't count

Confirm train ticket agent: the train and quota that actually confirm

A waiting list is not a ticket. A confirm train ticket agent is someone who books so that you get a confirmed berth, not a hope. We read every train, quota, class and boarding point on your route, book the one most likely to confirm, and tell you honestly when a date won't. You deal with a real person on WhatsApp and call.

5★ · 500+ Google reviews · Confirmed berth or 100% refund — RAC doesn't count

Rail Yatri Suvidha Kendra is an independent travel agency authorised by IRCTC. No agent can create a seat; we choose well and we back it with a refund.

Know the words

What “confirmed” really means on the railway

Four words on the ticket decide whether you travel. Most people only learn the difference after paying.

CNF — confirmed

A coach and berth number are printed on your ticket. This is the only status we count as delivered.

RAC — reservation against cancellation

You are allowed on the train but may share a berth. Many apps and agents count this as a success. We don't.

WL — waiting list

No berth yet. It moves only when others cancel, and the type of list (general, pooled or remote-location) decides how likely that is.

Which waiting list confirms →

Tatkal

A last-minute quota that opens one day before the journey. Quick and in demand, but not a promise either.

What a confirm train ticket agent changes — and what none can

No agent can create seats, jump a queue or change railway rules. Anyone who promises a confirmed ticket on any train on any date is not worth paying.

What an agent can change is the choice: which train on that route has berths left, which quota clears for your dates, whether a nearby boarding point or a different class confirms where yours does not, and which day to book. That is where waiting lists are won or lost, and it is the work we do before a booking is made.

And when the honest answer is that a date will not confirm, you hear it from us first, with the next option, instead of finding out from the chart.

Step 1

You send the journey

Route, date, class and passenger names on WhatsApp. Nothing else is needed, and no IRCTC account.

Step 2

We check what confirms

We read the trains, quotas and boarding points and tell you the plan, with the risk stated plainly.

Step 3

You approve, then we book

Nothing is booked until you agree the plan and the full amount. The e-ticket comes to you on WhatsApp.

Step 4

Confirmed, or refunded

If we can't deliver a confirmed berth, you get a 100% refund or the alternative that suits you better.

Only a confirmed berth counts. RAC doesn't.

App guarantees treat RAC as a success: you share a berth overnight and they pay nothing. We don't. If we can't deliver a confirmed (CNF) berth, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked — usually the same day, and always within 48 hours of asking — or the alternative that suits you better.

Confirm Tatkal ticket agent

Tatkal is where most people lose, because the window is short and everyone arrives at once. Our desk books Tatkal every day for both windows: 10:00 AM for AC classes and 11:00 AM for Sleeper, one day before the journey. Send the journey the evening before and the plan is ready before the window opens. A Tatkal ticket is still only delivered when it is CNF; the same refund promise applies.

How to tell a genuine train ticket agent

Six things worth checking about any agent in India. Here is where we stand on each.

FAQ

Questions about a confirm train ticket agent

What does a confirm train ticket agent do?+

Books the train, quota, class and boarding point most likely to give you a confirmed (CNF) berth, instead of leaving you on a waiting list. We also tell you honestly when a date will not confirm.

Can you guarantee a confirmed ticket?+

No agent can create a seat, and we don't promise one. What we promise is the result: a confirmed berth, or a 100% refund of what you paid us. RAC does not count as confirmed.

Can you confirm a Tatkal ticket?+

We book Tatkal every day for both windows, 10:00 AM for AC and 11:00 AM for Sleeper, one day before the journey. Tatkal is still not a promise on its own; the refund promise is what backs it.

My ticket is on the waiting list. Can you help?+

Send us the PNR and journey on WhatsApp. We read the type of waiting list and tell you whether it can clear on your date. If it can't, we look for a train, class or boarding point that will.

Do you need my IRCTC account?+

No. Send each passenger's name, age and gender and the journey on WhatsApp. The e-ticket comes to you there, and passengers carry their original ID on the journey.

How much does it cost?+

The railway fare plus a service charge that depends on the booking. We tell you the full amount before you pay, and nothing is booked until you approve it.

Is it safe?+

We are authorised by IRCTC and licensed by Indian Railways as a Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra. You get a genuine e-ticket in the passenger's name with a PNR you can check yourself on IRCTC or NTES.

Do you have a confirm train ticket agent near me?+

Our registered office is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and every booking is handled on WhatsApp and call, for Delhi NCR, the rest of India and NRIs booking from abroad. Nothing needs a visit.
