An online train ticket agent for all of India. Here is how it works.
Indian Railways runs one national reservation system, so a licensed desk in Delhi books a Kochi to Bengaluru berth exactly as a desk in Kochi would. What changes is who does the work. Here a person reads your journey, tells you what will confirm before you pay, books it at the right moment, and sends the ticket to your WhatsApp. Travellers from Kerala to Assam and Gujarat to Bengal book this way. Nobody visits.

What happens after you send the journey
- 1
You send the journey on WhatsApp
From, to, date, class and how many are travelling. A photo of a waitlisted ticket works too.
- 2
A person reads it
Not a form and not a chatbot. A booking agent checks the train, the quota and the waiting-list type, and says straight whether it will confirm. If it will not, you get the plan most likely to: a different train, date, class or boarding point, before any money moves.
- 3
You approve the plan
The plan and the full amount, railway fare plus our service charge, are agreed in writing first.
- 4
You pay through a traceable channel
Bank transfer or UPI, from any city. Never cash and never in person.
- 5
We book at the right moment
The morning general booking opens, or at Tatkal time the day before travel, with an agent watching the quota rather than an app refreshing a page.
- 6
The ticket reaches you
An IRCTC e-ticket in the passenger's own name with the PNR, on WhatsApp. Check it yourself on IRCTC or NTES, and carry the ID you booked with.
- 7
Only a confirmed berth counts
Confirmed berth or 100% refund — RAC doesn't count. A partial confirmation for a family does not count either: every traveller gets a berth or that fare comes back.
What a specialist does that self-service leaves to you
Booking apps are tools: you search, you book, you watch your own waiting list. A train-only desk does the thinking as well as the booking.
Reads the waiting list, not just the number
A GNWL 40 on a train that starts where you board often clears; an RLWL 8 often does not. The type decides, and we tell you which you are on.
Offers the alternative before you pay
A different date, class, train or boarding point that will confirm, laid out before the booking, not after a waiting list fails.
Knows where to board
Which of a city's terminals your train starts from decides your quota. Picking the wrong one is the most common and most expensive mistake travellers make.
Handles the whole family on one list
Elders in lower berths, children beside parents, a group kept together wherever the train allows, with every PNR back to one person.
One number for the whole journey
Out, between places and home, booked together, so the return is never the ticket nobody got.
Answers when it matters
24×7 — book & chat with us any time. Tatkal opens at 10 and 11 in the morning; the desk is already working.
Booking from any city with a Delhi desk
Nothing in the process needs you in Delhi. Four things worth knowing.
Nothing needs you in Delhi
The whole booking is done on WhatsApp and call. The registered office is in Karol Bagh; it is not a counter you visit.
A person checks before you pay
An agent reads your route, the quota and the waiting-list type, and tells you straight whether it will confirm. If not, you get the plan most likely to, before any money moves.

A licensed, train-only desk
Licensed by Indian Railways as a Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra and an authorised IRCTC agent, booking from a registered office in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, since 2014. Train tickets only: no hotels, no tours, no flights.
How to tell a genuine train ticket agent
Six things worth checking about any agent in India. Here is where we stand on each.
Licensed by Indian Railways
A Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra (YTSK) licence from Indian Railways and authorised IRCTC agent status. Licence details are shared on request with the person booking, not published on the open web.
A registered office since 2014
Palmohan Plaza, A1, Desh Bandhu Gupta Rd, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005. It's a registered address, not a service counter: every booking is handled on WhatsApp and call.
The ticket is in your name
A genuine IRCTC e-ticket in the passenger's own name, with a PNR you can check yourself on IRCTC or the NTES app, sent to you on WhatsApp.
Traceable payment, never cash
The full amount, railway fare plus our service charge, is agreed in writing before anything is booked, and paid through traceable channels.
A GST invoice on request
Ask for an invoice and you get one, with our GST details, for any booking.
Google reviews you can read
5★ from 500+ Google reviews on our Business Profile, and a refund rule in writing: confirmed berth or 100% back.
What our customers say
“Waitlisted ticket got confirmed two days before travel. They actually followed up — rare these days.”
“Helpful agents, explained my PNR honestly instead of overpromising. Will use again.”
Booking through an agent from another city, answered
Do I need to visit Delhi, or your office?
No. Every booking is handled on WhatsApp and call, from the first message to the ticket. The Karol Bagh address is a registered office, not a counter.
Can a Delhi desk book a train that does not touch Delhi?
Yes. Indian Railways runs one national reservation system, so a Chennai to Madurai or Kolkata to Puri berth is booked from here exactly as it would be from a desk in that city.
When do I pay, and how?
After the plan and the full amount, railway fare plus our service charge, are agreed in writing, and before the booking is made. By bank transfer or UPI, from anywhere. Never cash.
How does the ticket reach me?
As an IRCTC e-ticket in the passenger's own name, with the PNR, on WhatsApp. You can check the PNR yourself on IRCTC or the NTES app. Carry the ID you booked with when you board.
What if the ticket does not confirm?
Confirmed berth or 100% refund — RAC doesn't count. The rule is in writing before you pay, and it applies traveller by traveller: if one of a family is left without a berth, that fare comes back.
Are you IRCTC?
No. We are an independent desk authorised by IRCTC and licensed by Indian Railways as a Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra. The ticket you receive is a genuine IRCTC e-ticket.
I am outside India. Can you still book?
Yes. NRIs and travellers abroad book the same way, without an Indian number or an IRCTC login, and the ticket comes on WhatsApp or email. There is a page written for that.
Booking from abroad →How is this different from booking on an app?
An app is self-service: you search, you book, you chase the waiting list and you talk to a chatbot. Here a person checks the route first and tells you what will confirm, books it at the right moment and stays on the chat until you board. And only a confirmed berth counts.
Send the journey. A person reads it.
