Rail fulfilment partner for travel companies
Your company already books trains. What it does not have is a desk that closes the hard ones: the waitlisted Rajdhani the client needs tomorrow, the Tatkal that opens at 10 AM, the 300 dealers who must travel together. We are a train-only desk, IRCTC-authorised and licensed by Indian Railways, booking over 1,000 PNRs a day. We work behind your brand and never contact your client.

What your IRCTC access cannot do, and we do every day
The waitlisted premium train
A person reads the quota, the list type and the train's history before you quote, and says whether it will confirm. If it will not, you get the train that will, with the reason.
Tatkal, every day
Staged the evening before, booked at the window. Your desk does not sit at 10 AM for one ticket; ours does, for hundreds.
Groups of 100 to 1,000
One list in, every PNR back, coach by coach, the morning booking opens, both legs together. Lawfully, on agent credentials, with no personal-ID cap.
The 11 PM call
A traveller stranded the night before. Your office is shut; our WhatsApp is not.
Festival weeks
Diwali, Chhath, Holi and the summer rush, when your own desk is at its limit and every booking is contested.
Refunds, TDRs and changes
Filed, tracked and reconciled in your monthly statement, so your account manager does not carry them.
What we commit to, in writing

What we never do
Why a travel company can hand us its rail volume
- Contact your client, for any reason. Every message goes through you.
- Sell flights, hotels, holidays or packages. We hold a train desk and nothing else, so there is no route by which we could take your account.
- Book on personal IRCTC IDs. Every ticket is issued on agent credentials, the lawful way under Section 143.
- Quote a rate on a page. Terms are agreed with you in writing, under a contract when you want credit.
What rail-operations heads ask
We already have IRCTC agent access. Why would we need you?+
For the bookings that access does not close. Availability on a screen is not confirmation on a contested train. We read the quota and the list before you quote, stage Tatkal daily, handle groups on one list and hold every waiting list to the chart. Most partners keep their own desk for simple bookings and send us the hard ones.
Will our client ever know?+
No. The PNR goes to you, in your format, and your name is on the email. We hold no flight, hotel or package desk, so there is nothing we could sell your client even if we met them.
How does billing work?+
Before a contract, each booking is paid before the PNR and invoiced with GST. Under a signed contract with terms and conditions, monthly invoicing on the credit terms it sets, with a reconciliation statement. Credit is never extended without a contract.
Can you take our whole rail volume?+
Yes. The desk issues over 1,000 PNRs a day already. A new account starts with one trip, then a month, then the volume you want to move.
Which classes and routes?+
Every reserved class on every route in India, General and every quota, Tatkal and Premium Tatkal included. The desk is in Delhi; the network is national.
What if a berth does not confirm?+
Confirmed berth or 100% refund — RAC doesn't count. You are refunded the fare for that passenger; the service charge for a booking that failed is not charged.
