For procurement and supplier onboarding
Vendor registration: what we are, what we can show, what we sign
This page exists so that onboarding a train ticket supplier takes one form, not a week of email. The facts are below; the documents are sent on request to a work email, and nothing on this page is a rate.

Payment and terms
- Before a contract: each booking paid before the PNR, by bank transfer or UPI, invoiced with GST.
- Under a signed contract with terms and conditions: monthly invoicing on the credit terms it sets, with a reconciliation statement by cost centre.
- Credit is never extended without a contract; agencies are not extended credit.
- The railway fare is identical to IRCTC. The booking fee is the one IRCTC fixes for agents. Our service charge is agreed in writing before the first booking and shown separately on every invoice.
- Confirmed berth or 100% refund of the fare for that passenger; the service charge for a failed booking is not charged.
