Train ticket agent for Moradabad: confirmed berth or 100% refund

Moradabad Junction is one of the busiest junctions in north India: five lines meet here and most trains between Delhi and Bareilly, Lucknow and the Kumaon hills stop at it. That is the advantage. The catch is that almost none of them start here, so a Moradabad booking often lands in a weaker waiting list than the same train booked from Delhi. We read the quota before you pay, and book the one that confirms.

Moradabad Junction, and the quota catch

A big junction with 7 platforms, about 157 km from New Delhi. Where your train starts decides your waiting list, not where you board.

Moradabad Junction (MB)

Five lines: towards Delhi, towards Bareilly and Lucknow, towards Najibabad, Haridwar and Ambala, towards Rampur and Kathgodam, and towards Chandausi and Aligarh. The Kathgodam Shatabdi from New Delhi, the Uttaranchal Sampark Kranti, the Ranikhet Express and the Lucknow to Dehradun and Lucknow to Meerut Vande Bharats all stop here.

The catch: quota

Moradabad is a halt, not a starting station, on nearly every long-distance train. Boarding here often puts you on a remote-location or pooled waiting list rather than the general list, and those clear far worse. A general waiting list from New Delhi can be the safer booking even with a higher number.

Rampur (RMU) and Amroha (AMRO)

The next stops either side on the Delhi line. Useful when a train does not halt at Moradabad, with the same quota question.

New Delhi, Old Delhi and Anand Vihar

About two and a half hours away by the Shatabdi. For a tight date, starting the journey from the Delhi terminal where the train begins is sometimes the booking that confirms; we tell you when it is.

Not sure which applies to your train? Send us the route and we'll tell you before you pay.

Booking from outside Delhi

Booking from Moradabad with a Delhi desk: how it works

Indian Railways runs one national reservation system, so a licensed desk in Delhi books a Moradabad berth exactly as a desk in Moradabad would. Here is what happens on your side.

Nothing needs you in Delhi

The whole booking is done on WhatsApp and call. The registered office is in Karol Bagh; it is not a counter you visit.

A person checks before you pay

An agent reads your route, the quota and the waiting-list type, and tells you straight whether it will confirm. If not, you get the plan most likely to, before any money moves.

Pay from anywhere, traceably

The full amount, railway fare plus our service charge, is agreed in writing first, then paid by bank transfer or UPI. Never cash.

The ticket is in your name

An IRCTC e-ticket in the passenger's own name with a PNR you can check on IRCTC or NTES, sent to your WhatsApp. Board at the station we agree in Moradabad, with the ID you booked with.

How it works

Confirmation Quota: how we get you confirmed

On busy routes, demand for seats can run many times ahead of supply. Our Confirmation Quota analysis is how we close that gap — not a refresh button, a real service worked by real agents.

1

Share your journey

Send your route, class and preferred train — plus a few alternative dates (ideally one day before travel). The more options, the better.

2

We run Confirmation Quota

Our in-house analysis finds the train, date and quota combination with the highest chance of a confirmed berth — and we send you the best options.

3

You approve & pay

You pick an option and pay only then. We book it — running Tatkal on the day and our alternative confirmation route as backup.

4

We confirm & alert you

We track your booking and update you on WhatsApp. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — or you get a 100% refund.

Confirmed berth — or 100% refund

You pay only after you approve our plan. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — and if we can't deliver one, you get your money back in full, no questions asked. The proof is in our 670+ real Google reviews — travellers describing waitlists that turned into confirmed berths.

Booking for a group from Moradabad?

Brass-trade buyers and exporters travelling to Delhi, Mumbai and the south, wedding parties, and families heading to Haridwar, Nainital and Lucknow. We book groups in every class, from First AC to Sleeper. Every booking holds up to six passengers — four on Tatkal — so a group is several bookings made together, with families kept side by side wherever the train allows. Every PNR reaches you on WhatsApp with a list of who is in which coach and berth, and businesses get a GST invoice. Only confirmed berths count, passenger by passenger: anyone left without one gets a 100% refund.

Moradabad questions

Asked by travellers from Moradabad

Do you have an office in Moradabad?+

Our registered office is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Moradabad travellers book with us on WhatsApp and call, the plan and the full amount are agreed in writing first, and the e-ticket reaches you on WhatsApp. Nothing needs a visit.

So many trains stop at Moradabad. Why won't my ticket confirm?+

Because they stop here and start elsewhere. On a halt, your booking often sits in a remote-location or pooled waiting list, which clears far worse than the general list the starting station gets. We read which list you would be on before you pay, and sometimes the right answer is the same train booked from New Delhi.

Which is the quickest train from Moradabad to Delhi?+

The Kathgodam Shatabdi, about two and a half hours to New Delhi, in Executive and AC Chair Car. It starts at Kathgodam, so Moradabad has a smaller quota on it; we check availability before you commit.

Can you book Moradabad to Lucknow or Dehradun on the Vande Bharat?+

Yes. The Lucknow to Dehradun and Lucknow to Meerut Vande Bharats halt at Moradabad in both directions. Both start at Lucknow, so for a tight date we also check the quota from Lucknow and tell you which booking confirms.
