Train ticket agent for Guwahati: confirmed berth or 100% refund

Guwahati has two stations that matter, Guwahati and Kamakhya, and the trains to Delhi and Kolkata split across both. Add the trains that begin further east and only call here, and a booking that looks easy can land in a quota that clears badly. We read which station and which quota your train really gives you before you pay.

Boarding points

Guwahati, Kamakhya and the quota catch

Two stations in one city. Where your train starts, not where you board, decides how well a waiting list clears.

Guwahati (GHY)

The central station in the city. The Rajdhani trains to Delhi, the Guwahati–New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat and many Delhi and Kolkata trains are listed here.

Kamakhya (KYQ)

At Maligaon, the second main station. Most newer trains run from Kamakhya, including the Howrah Vande Bharat Sleeper and several Delhi and Kolkata trains. Check which of the two stations your train uses before you book.

The catch: quota

Several Delhi trains begin further east, for example at Dibrugarh or Naharlagun, and only call at Guwahati. A Guwahati booking on those often sits in a pooled or remote-location quota, which clears far worse than the general list at the starting station. We check the starting point of each train first.

Delhi terminals

Delhi trains from here arrive at New Delhi, Anand Vihar Terminal or Delhi stations beyond; they are not interchangeable for your onward journey, so we tell you which terminal each option uses.

Not sure which applies to your train? Send us the route and we'll tell you before you pay.

Booking from outside Delhi

Booking from Guwahati with a Delhi desk: how it works

Indian Railways runs one national reservation system, so a licensed desk in Delhi books a Guwahati berth exactly as a desk in Guwahati would. Here is what happens on your side.

Nothing needs you in Delhi

The whole booking is done on WhatsApp and call. The registered office is in Karol Bagh; it is not a counter you visit.

A person checks before you pay

An agent reads your route, the quota and the waiting-list type, and tells you straight whether it will confirm. If not, you get the plan most likely to, before any money moves.

Pay from anywhere, traceably

The full amount, railway fare plus our service charge, is agreed in writing first, then paid by bank transfer or UPI. Never cash.

The ticket is in your name

An IRCTC e-ticket in the passenger's own name with a PNR you can check on IRCTC or NTES, sent to your WhatsApp. Board at the station we agree in Guwahati, with the ID you booked with.

How it works

Confirmation Quota: how we get you confirmed

On busy routes, demand for seats can run many times ahead of supply. Our Confirmation Quota analysis is how we close that gap — not a refresh button, a real service worked by real agents.

1

Share your journey

Send your route, class and preferred train — plus a few alternative dates (ideally one day before travel). The more options, the better.

2

We run Confirmation Quota

Our in-house analysis finds the train, date and quota combination with the highest chance of a confirmed berth — and we send you the best options.

3

You approve & pay

You pick an option and pay only then. We book it — running Tatkal on the day and our alternative confirmation route as backup.

4

We confirm & alert you

We track your booking and update you on WhatsApp. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — or you get a 100% refund.

Confirmed berth — or 100% refund

You pay only after you approve our plan. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — and if we can't deliver one, you get your money back in full, no questions asked. The proof is in our 670+ real Google reviews — travellers describing waitlists that turned into confirmed berths.

Booking for a group from Guwahati?

Corporate travellers on the Guwahati–Kolkata sector, students and professionals going to Delhi and Kolkata, wedding parties, and families heading to Kamakhya and the north-east. We book groups in every class, from First AC to Sleeper. Every booking holds up to six passengers — four on Tatkal — so a group is several bookings made together, with families kept side by side wherever the train allows. Every PNR reaches you on WhatsApp with a list of who is in which coach and berth, and businesses get a GST invoice. Only confirmed berths count, passenger by passenger: anyone left without one gets a 100% refund.

Guwahati questions

Asked by travellers from Guwahati

Do you have an office in Guwahati?+

Our registered office is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Guwahati travellers book with us on WhatsApp and call, the plan and the full amount are agreed in writing first, and the e-ticket reaches you on WhatsApp.

Guwahati or Kamakhya: which station should I book from?+

It depends on the train. Many older trains use Guwahati, most newer ones use Kamakhya. We check which station your train calls at and tell you before you pay, because a wrong station is an expensive mistake.

Is there a Vande Bharat between Guwahati and Kolkata?+

Yes. The Howrah–Kamakhya Vande Bharat Sleeper, flagged off in January 2026, covers about 972 km overnight between Kamakhya and Howrah. We check availability and tell you straight.

Why won't my Delhi train ticket confirm from Guwahati?+

Many Delhi trains begin further east and only call at Guwahati. A booking from a halt often sits in a pooled or remote-location waiting list that clears far worse than the starting station's general list. We check the quota before you pay, and tell you if a different plan works better.

Can you handle regular Guwahati–Kolkata travel for a company?+

Yes. For teams that travel the same small sector every week we can plan standing trips, apply your travel policy and send one GST invoice and a monthly statement. Send us one trip to start.

Tell us your journey — we'll do the rest

Send your route, dates and passengers on WhatsApp. We'll come back with the boarding point, the trains with a real chance of confirming, and what it costs — before you pay anything.
