Train ticket agent for Warangal: confirmed berth or 100% refund

Warangal sits on the main Delhi–Chennai line, and nearby Kazipet Junction shares the long-distance trains with it. About twenty-five Delhi trains are listed between the two, including Rajdhani, Humsafar and the Telangana and Dakshin express services. The catch is that nearly all of them start in Hyderabad, Chennai or further south, so a Warangal booking is a share of what opens at the starting station.

Warangal, Kazipet and the quota catch

Two stations close together. Which one your train uses, and where it starts, decides the quota.

Warangal (WL)

The main station of the city, in South Central Railway's Secunderabad division on the Delhi–Chennai line. Vande Bharat trains on the Secunderabad–Visakhapatnam line also call here.

Kazipet Junction (KZJ)

A junction close by where many of the long-distance Delhi trains call instead of Warangal, including Rajdhani services. Check which of the two stations your train uses before you book.

The catch: quota

Almost every Delhi train here starts at Hyderabad or Secunderabad, or further south, and only calls at Warangal or Kazipet. A booking from a halt often sits in a pooled or remote-location waiting list that clears far worse than the starting station's general list. We check where each train starts.

Secunderabad and Hyderabad

A few hours away by road or rail. For a tight date, boarding where the train starts is sometimes the booking that confirms; we tell you when it is.

Not sure which applies to your train? Send us the route and we'll tell you before you pay.

Booking from outside Delhi

Booking from Warangal with a Delhi desk: how it works

Indian Railways runs one national reservation system, so a licensed desk in Delhi books a Warangal berth exactly as a desk in Warangal would. Here is what happens on your side.

Nothing needs you in Delhi

The whole booking is done on WhatsApp and call. The registered office is in Karol Bagh; it is not a counter you visit.

A person checks before you pay

An agent reads your route, the quota and the waiting-list type, and tells you straight whether it will confirm. If not, you get the plan most likely to, before any money moves.

Pay from anywhere, traceably

The full amount, railway fare plus our service charge, is agreed in writing first, then paid by bank transfer or UPI. Never cash.

The ticket is in your name

An IRCTC e-ticket in the passenger's own name with a PNR you can check on IRCTC or NTES, sent to your WhatsApp. Board at the station we agree in Warangal, with the ID you booked with.

How it works

Confirmation Quota: how we get you confirmed

On busy routes, demand for seats can run many times ahead of supply. Our Confirmation Quota analysis is how we close that gap — not a refresh button, a real service worked by real agents.

1

Share your journey

Send your route, class and preferred train — plus a few alternative dates (ideally one day before travel). The more options, the better.

2

We run Confirmation Quota

Our in-house analysis finds the train, date and quota combination with the highest chance of a confirmed berth — and we send you the best options.

3

You approve & pay

You pick an option and pay only then. We book it — running Tatkal on the day and our alternative confirmation route as backup.

4

We confirm & alert you

We track your booking and update you on WhatsApp. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — or you get a 100% refund.

Confirmed berth — or 100% refund

You pay only after you approve our plan. Only a confirmed berth counts — RAC doesn't — and if we can't deliver one, you get your money back in full, no questions asked. The proof is in our 670+ real Google reviews — travellers describing waitlists that turned into confirmed berths.

Booking for a group from Warangal?

Students and professionals going to Hyderabad, Delhi and the south, wedding parties, and families heading to Hyderabad and on to Tirupati and Shirdi. We book groups in every class, from First AC to Sleeper. Every booking holds up to six passengers — four on Tatkal — so a group is several bookings made together, with families kept side by side wherever the train allows. Every PNR reaches you on WhatsApp with a list of who is in which coach and berth, and businesses get a GST invoice. Only confirmed berths count, passenger by passenger: anyone left without one gets a 100% refund.

Warangal questions

Asked by travellers from Warangal

Do you have an office in Warangal?+

Our registered office is in Karol Bagh, New Delhi. Warangal travellers book with us on WhatsApp and call, the plan and the full amount are agreed in writing first, and the e-ticket reaches you on WhatsApp.

Warangal or Kazipet: which station should I book from?+

It depends on the train. Some long-distance trains call at Kazipet Junction rather than Warangal. We check which station your train uses and tell you before you pay.

Why won't my Delhi ticket confirm from Warangal?+

Because almost every Delhi train starts in Hyderabad or further and only calls here. A booking from a halt often sits in a pooled or remote-location waiting list that clears far worse. We check the starting point and the quota before you pay.

Is there a Vande Bharat from Warangal?+

Vande Bharat trains on the Secunderabad–Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad–Nagpur lines call at Warangal and Kazipet. We check availability and tell you straight.
